The LONSURF® (trifluridine and tipiracil) tablets Dosage Calculator App offers healthcare professionals a simple way to start patients on the recommended LONSURF dosage (35 mg/m²/dose).
Begin by entering a patient’s height and weight, or body surface area (BSA), and the app will display the patient’s recommended morning and evening doses per the LONSURF Prescribing Information (rounded to the nearest 5 mg). Once calculated, a personalized dosage calendar featuring the recommended starting dose can be emailed directly to the patient through the app.
Calculator features:
• Choose to calculate the recommended starting dose using height and weight (metric or imperial; BSA is calculated using the Dubois formula), or BSA
• An easy-to-follow tutorial outlines the app’s main functions
• Quickly email patients a personalized dosage calendar to help them stay on track with their LONSURF treatment
